When You Order Will Ship

All online orders placed before 8:30AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be processed the same business day, and orders placed after will be processed the following business day.

We ship out all orders the same day they are processed, unless we are out of stock of an item or there is a credit card discrepancy.

Tracking an Order

Log into your account on our website, and click “Order History” to obtain the tracking number for your package.

Checking the Status of a Pending Order

Log into your account on our website, and click “Order History” to check your order status.

Changing Quantities or Canceling an Item in an Order

Please contact customer service at 800-333-4069 x 304. Please have your Order # and Account # handy, all changes must be notified by telephone.

Note: If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to make any changes.

Password Retrieval

Click "Forgot Your Password", the next page will ask you to enter your email address associated with your account. Click "Submit" and a new password will be emailed to you.

Change Password

Log into your account, once you are logged in click on your name located in the "Log In" section at the top left corner. The next page will direct you to "Accounts", input your new password and click "Submit Changes".

UPS Shipping Guide

Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, & Next Day Shipping Available. Shipping time is guaranteed by UPS, but excludes holidays or delays caused by weather.

Expedited Shipping Note: Only Monday-Friday count as business days. Begin counting days from the next business day your order is shipped out (which is not always the same day you placed your order). We ship Monday-Friday.

FREE 2-Day UPS Shipping: only applies to items on our SHIP FREE page qualify for free shipping within the Continental USA (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico,Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands).

Additional Items that is added into your shopping cart that is NOT a Ship Free Product, will cause your order to no longer qualify for the FREE Shipping. If you do need additional items, we recommend placing the order for the Ship Free item and then placing another order for the other items.

Post Office Boxes: UPS will not be able to delivery packages to po boxes. In this case your order will then be changed to US MAIL Priority which is estimated 2-3 business day. WWTS has the right to not honor this deal for any reason.

Note: UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. To request Saturday Delivery you will need to call us to place your order. Call for more details 1-626-968-2600.

UPS Shipping Guide: First Class, Priority, & Express Shipping Available. Signature required and Insurance is an additional fee. If package tracking shows delivered, but the customer reports it was not received. WWTS will not be responsible for this lost package. Customer will need to report claim with US-MAIL directly.

Note: Please allow 1-2 additional business days for processing USPS Orders.

Returns/Exchange Policy

  1. Returns must be received within 30 days & items must be in original new condition. Any item with packaging seals must not be opened, such as Cheyenne Supplies & All Inks.
  2. S/H is non-refundable. TCM/WWT is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. 10% restocking fee for returned items. (No Exceptions)
  4. Ink & DVD's is non-refundable. (No Exceptions)

Returning/Exchanging an Item

Please call 626-968-2600 to receive a return authorization.

We must receive the item(s) first before we issue a refund or ship out your exchange item(s).

Shipping and Arrival of International Packages

International Orders.

We offer many shipping service for our international customers. Depending on your countries import rules and regulations delay may occur due to custom inspections. If for some reason your package is returned back to us, we will issue a refund minus the shipping paid to attempt delivery. In some cases you may be charged custom a fee for import of goods, the fee will be the buyer’s responsibility

Note: Delivery to Mexico, we currently don't have a reliable shipping company to deliver into Mexico. We can ship the items with the customer approval but wont be responsible if the items is not delivered.

Sales Tax

Only CA residents pay sales tax.

Credit Card Charges & Refunds

All orders placed online are pre-authorized for the amount of your order. Once your order is accepted & processed the funds will be be then accepted. If you funds are not accepted the pre-authorized payment will rejected and that payment will not be charged on your card. This normally takes about 5 business days to clear your credit card.

Billing & Shipping Address Must Match

The billing address and shipping address must match. To ensure the protection of our customers we must have the items shipped to the billing address of the credit card. If the address does not match, your credit card charge will be VOIDED.

Note: It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to reverse the held funds.

If You Don't Have a Credit Card

All first time orders must be placed with a credit card. If you do not have one, pre-paid credit cards are also accepted.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

For all existing customers that have purchased from us before can order by COD. This option does include an additional $14.50 fee and must be placed over the phone, please contact customer service at 800-333-4069.
