All online orders placed before 8:30 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 8:30 AM PST are processed the next business day.
We ship orders the same day they are processed unless an item is out of stock or there is a payment issue.
- We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays.
- The first day after processing is not considered a business day.
If you need to make changes after placing your order:
- Please call Customer Service at (800) 333-4069 ext. 304 as soon as possible.
- Email requests for changes cannot be guaranteed, but you will receive confirmation if successfully processed.
- Once an order has shipped, no further changes can be made.
- Shipping address changes may be possible depending on the carrier, but additional fees may apply.
If you need your order urgently or are unsure about delivery times, please call us before placing your order to ensure it will arrive on time.
We offer Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next-Day UPS shipping options.
UPS guarantees delivery times but excludes delays caused by holidays or weather conditions.
- Business days are Monday–Friday only.
- Begin counting delivery days from the next business day after your order ships (not the day you place the order).
- We ship Monday through Friday.
If you add an item not marked as "Ship Free", your order will no longer qualify for free shipping.
To keep your free shipping:
- Place a separate order for non-qualifying items.
UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
If your shipping address is a PO Box, your order will be switched to USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days).
WWTS reserves the right to cancel or modify this arrangement at any time.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
If you need Saturday delivery, please call (626) 968-2600 to place your order and confirm service availability.
We offer First Class, Priority, and Express USPS shipping.
Signature and insurance are available for an additional fee.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, WWTS is not responsible for the lost package.
You must file a claim directly with USPS.
Please allow 1–2 extra business days for USPS order processing.
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
If you see “Duties & Taxes Included” at checkout, all applicable import fees are prepaid.
Your package will be delivered directly without additional payment required.
If duties and taxes are not prepaid, your local customs office or courier will contact you before delivery.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to release your shipment.
If you decline to pay or refuse delivery:
- The parcel may be returned or destroyed by customs.
- If returned, we will deduct all related costs (outbound and return shipping, customs, and handling fees) from your refund.
- If destroyed, no refund will be issued.
By placing an international order, you agree to these terms and authorize us to deduct such costs from your original payment.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
These charges apply only to international orders and are assessed by your local customs authority once your shipment arrives in your country.
The customer is responsible for paying all import-related fees to ensure the package can be released and delivered.
We do not prepay or collect these charges (no DDP service).
If these fees go unpaid and the shipment is returned:
- The original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.

For Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipments:
- The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.
- If the buyer refuses delivery or fails to pay these fees, Worldwide Tattoo Supply reserves the right to deduct return freight, customs, and disposal costs from the refund amount.
