AtomX2 Foot Switch Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The AtomX2 Foot Switch Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Worldwide Tattoo Supply, 15410 Stafford St, City of Industry, CA 91744 ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Giveaway can be sent to order@worldwidetattoo.com.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on 10/09/26 at 12:00am Pacific Time and ends at whichever comes first: (a) when 5 eligible entries have been received, or (b) 10/16/26 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Both methods are treated equally.
- Purchase entry: Place an order on worldwidetattoo.com that includes a Critical AtomX2 Digital Tattoo Power Supply during the Giveaway Period. Your entry is recorded automatically at the time your order is placed.
- Free entry (no purchase necessary): Send an email to order@worldwidetattoo.com during the Giveaway Period with the subject line "AtomX2 Giveaway Entry." Include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Your entry is recorded at the time Sponsor's server receives your email.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, and per email address, regardless of entry method. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, sent after the Giveaway Period ends, or generated by automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries.
5. How the Winner Is Selected
The first five (5) eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, counted in the order received across both entry methods, will be included in the drawing. Once 5 eligible entries are received, the Giveaway closes and no further entries will be accepted.
On or about 10/16/26, Sponsor will select one (1) winner by random drawing from those eligible entries. If fewer than 5 eligible entries are received by the end of the Giveaway Period, the drawing will be held among all eligible entries received.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. With the maximum of 5 eligible entries, odds of winning are 1 in 5.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Critical Connect Cordless Foot Switch. Approximate retail value (ARV): $69.99. No cash or other substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Winner Notification and Delivery
The potential winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the drawing and must reply within 2 days to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The prize will be shipped to the winner's mailing address in the United States at no cost to the winner. If the winner entered by purchase, the prize may be included with or shipped separately from their order.
9. Purchases
Orders placed by entrants who do not win are fulfilled as normal and are not affected by the Giveaway. Entering does not change product pricing, and returns of the AtomX2 follow Sponsor's standard return policy.
10. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affects its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
